Are these planners dated?
No. I purposely left my planners undated so that you can have the freedom to plan without wasting pages in your planner with dates that you may have already passed. It does have areas available throughout my planners for you to add dates, Quarters, Months, and Weeks that you may currently be working in at the moment.
How long can I plan with these planners?
My Planners are all pretty custom to the category they are in so each one may be different. But for the most part, you can plan for at least 6 months to a year with my planners.
What type of binding do these planners have?
My planners are currently spiral-bound together.
Do you only offer Physical Planners?
I offer BOTH Physical and Printable planners for most of my planners. Be sure to check beside the title of the planner you are planning to purchase for Physical or Printable so that you can be sure to purchase the correct one.
Where can I print my Printable Planner?
You can print your planner at your local Office Depot, OfficeMax or Staples.

How long will it take to get my planner once ordered?
Typically you should receive your planner(s) with 10 days of ordering. However, Please be aware of possible shipping delays due to the impacts of covid.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Am I able to return my planner if I am not satisfied?
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us @info@brandplanners.co within 10 days of receiving your planner and we will do our best to resolve the issue. :)
What do I do if my planner arrived damaged?
If your Planner arrives damaged please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your planner and we will exchange it for a new one. Please be sure to take a picture of your damaged product and email it to info@brandplanners.co
How do I initiate my return?

Do you offer Refunds?
We do NOT offer refunds for any digital products due to the nature of the product.
We do offer a store credit for those returning a physical planner. See Refund Policy for details.
What is your Refund Policy?

We do NOT offer refunds or returns for any digital products due to the nature of the product.

If you are returning a physical planner you will be issued a store credit instead of a refund. That is the only type of refund we offer at this time.

Planners must be in the original selling condition, No damage, marks, tears, or writing of any kind.

Customers are responsible for shipping returns and are also responsible for any shipping costs.

When being issued store credit, this does not include the amount it cost to ship your planner(s).

Store credits will not be issued until we have received your planner and have done a successful quality check.
What is your Return Policy?

You can return your planner(s) up to 10 days after receiving them if you are not satisfied with your planner.
